Meet Markia Camper, DDS

Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Markia Camper is a compassionate pediatric dentist dedicated to creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for children and their families. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed advanced pediatric dental residency training at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in affiliation with NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.

Dr. Camper is passionate about preventive care, behavior guidance, and providing evidence-based treatment tailored to each child’s unique needs. She believes that early, positive dental visits help build confidence and set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles. Known for her calm demeanor and caring approach, Dr. Camper enjoys partnering with parents to support their child’s oral health in a welcoming environment.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Camper enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. She grew up playing sports, which helped shape her teamwork mindset and strong work ethic. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring new restaurants, and experiencing new cultures through travel.
