Coronavirus Update

UPDATED APRIL 26, 2020

To our valued patient family--

We are excited to see our wonderful patients again very soon! We are beyond grateful to all our frontline workers who have kept us safe and healthy (and fed!) during this challenging time.

Thank you again for your patience as we all adjust to our new normal. Our practice remains dedicated to providing a safe place for you and your children to receive the best dental and orthodontic care while preventing the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Since the safety of our patients and staff has always been of the utmost priority, we want to do our part to protect the community we love.

As we reach out to patients to reschedule, please be mindful that the earliest missed appointments will be seen first and we must reduce our schedule to comply with social distancing guidelines. But don't worry -- we will see you all very soon!

Rest assured, we have taken every precaution to make sure our office continues to be a safe place. You will notice some of these extra steps when you visit our office again soon, but we need your help to keep everyone safe.

New Office Policies:

1. If a patient or anyone in your household is sick or currently experiencing symptoms like fever, breathing issues, dry cough, and/or unable to taste or smell, please call us and we will happily reschedule your appointment to a later date.

2. To comply with social distancing guidelines, we ask that only ONE adult (a parent or guardian) come to a child's appointment. Please do not bring other children or guests that are not being treated to your visit. If you would prefer to wait in your car while your child is being seen, we will take excellent care of them and our doctors and staff will be happy to update you by phone.

3. If you would prefer to remain with your child during their visit (either in the clinic area or waiting room), please wear a face covering or face mask to help keep everyone safe. Due to the ongoing shortages of masks, we will be unable to provide them to you.

4. To limit the time you spend in the office, please contact our dedicated staff before your appointment so they can update health history or insurance information by phone or email.

We cannot wait to see you all!
